- TDL add-ons and licenses are subject to vendor terms (e.g., Tally Prime) and our delivery scope.
- Pricing may vary by user count, deployment scope, and support entitlements.
- Unauthorized copying or redistribution of deliverables is prohibited.
Payments & Refunds
- Payments are collected through approved gateways (e.g., UPI/GPay) or invoicing.
- Refunds, where applicable, follow project-specific agreements and statutory norms.
Support & SLAs
Support coverage, response times, and SLAs are defined in your contract or AMC. Tickets should include relevant logs and context.
Training & Certification
Batch schedules, certification criteria, and placement assistance are communicated during enrollment. Completion requires meeting attendance and assessment thresholds.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mothercare Infotech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
Changes
